Blessed Mother Crowned of Feast Day of Our Lady of Fatima
On the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima May 13 we held the annual “May Crowning” in the Gloria Chapel.
This year we welcomed employee Kathleen Bowser’s eight-year-old son Ross Bowser to do the honors of crowning the Blessed Mother statue. The beautiful crown of roses was delicately placed upon her head during the ceremony. Ross received applause by the Residents and Sisters when chaplain Father Bill Feeney announced that Ross was on his way to his First Holy Communion at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish that evening.
