Dear Family & Friends,

As you may know Mother Mary Vincent was recently transferred to Washington DC. Everyone here misses her a great deal, but are thankful that she is settling in well. All of us in Pittsburgh are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Mother Loraine later this month.

In the meantime, we wanted to inform you of a recent change here at the Home regarding Covid. Thankfully the difficulties of Covid are subsiding. We have been grateful to be Covid free for the last month. With the guidance of our Medical Director and the nursing staff, the decision was recently made to no longer require masks to be worn throughout the Home. This applies to all staff, volunteers and visitors. If in the future we have a positive COVID case amongst Residents, Sisters or staff we would have to go back to wearing N95 masks in the building until all tests were negative.

We are very pleased to have reached this stage after so many years. Thank you for your continued prayers.
