May Crowning 2019
The Little Sisters follow the Catholic tradition of crowning the statue of the Blessed Mother each May. On Sunday, May 5 Residents Rosemary Merriman and Anne Brennen were asked to place a bouquet of roses before the statue of Mary in our Gloria Chapel. They also placed a crown of roses upon her head. Chaplain, Father Bill Feeney, led the prayer ceremony prior to the crowning. May Mary continue to intercede on behalf of us all!
