These simple words guide the Little Sisters mission of caring for the elderly poor. Together with lay staff and many volunteers, our home is a place of love, respect and compassion for the elderly Residents. Since 1872, we have provided care to Pittsburgh’s elderly poor. Thousands from all walks of life, religions, and beliefs have made their home with us.
